We want you to be happy with Watchly Pro.

14-day refund

If you purchased Watchly Pro through our web or browser-extension checkout (processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

How to request a refund

Email us at hi@letswatchly.online with the email address used at checkout, or request your refund directly through Paddle using the link on your purchase receipt. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

In-app purchases

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds for those purchases are requested and handled by Apple or Google through your store account.
